Not All Shooting Victims Are Equal in the Eyes of the US Regime
The Trump regime only cares about the shootings they can use for propaganda

On Sunday, a MAGA gunman drove into a Latter-day Saints church in Grand Blanc Township, Michigan, opened fire on worshippers, and set the building ablaze. Four people were killed, eight more injured. A sanctuary burned, families shattered, another community forced to confront the reality of American violence.
Donald Trump called the massacre a “horrendous shooting” and an “attack on Christians.” Michigan’s governor lamented that her “heart is breaking for the Grand Blanc community.” The Attorney General described the killings as “heartbreaking and chilling.” The FBI Director branded it “cowardly and criminal.” These words carry the weight of solemnity and mourning, painting the picture of an attack on faith, an assault on the moral core of America.
Yet just days earlier, when a shooter attacked an ICE facility in Dallas, wounding and killing immigrants in federal custody, the rhetoric took on an entirely different tone. The victims themselves were almost forgotten, their deaths and injuries barely mentioned. Instead, the regime seized the moment as political ammunition. The main difference, is that the killer in the attack on the church in Grand Blanc was immediately identifiable as a Trump fan.
“This violence is the result of the Radical Left Democrats constantly demonizing Law Enforcement, calling for ICE to be demolished, and comparing ICE Officers to ‘Nazis.’”…..“I AM CALLING ON ALL DEMOCRATS TO STOP THIS RHETORIC AGAINST ICE AND AMERICA’S LAW ENFORCEMENT, RIGHT NOW!”
- Donald Trump on Truth Social after the shooting in Dallas
Trump went further still, warning: “The right is a lot tougher than the left … They better not get them energized because it won’t be good for the left.” This was not a call for calm, but an open threat of reciprocal violence, leveraging the blood of immigrants as fuel for the regime’s authoritarian machine.
The contrast could not be clearer. When Christians were attacked, the rhetoric was of mourning, sanctity, and horror. When immigrants were shot, the response was to turn their deaths into a cudgel, to threaten Democrats and rally supporters with the promise of escalation. The regime does not treat all lives as equal. Some are elevated as martyrs, while others are erased in favor of political weaponry.
“It is time to stop the rhetorical assault on law enforcement … if your political rhetoric encourages violence against our law enforcement, you can go straight to hell.”
- JD Vance, following the Dallas shooting
This is how authoritarianism thrives, they use selective empathy to create tiers of humanity. Selective outrage builds permission for violence by framing immigrant deaths as an assault on law enforcement rather than as human tragedy, the regime invites supporters to see their political opponents as responsible, and to see violence as a justified response.
The same mouths that mourned a church massacre openly stoked the possibility of civil war days before, and largely can be seen as the reason that their supporters are using violence in the way that they are. That is the strategy. Violence is not condemned when it can be redirected.
We have already seen how those in the US government and media had created hate towards homeless people, including the countless veterans who find themselves ignored by the state they fought for. It didn’t take long for that rhetoric to turn to violence, and within days of the hateful language appearing on TV, we saw multiple attacks on the US homeless population.
The current regime wants violence like this, they simply expected the “left” to respond to the calls for violence, while ignoring the fact that it is their followers that listen to the hateful rhetoric seen by Trump, his cronies and his media puppets. The regime has made clear that they will exploit all violence to push division, to criminalize dissent, and to summon violence against their enemies, and we are now seeing that reality daily.
